潘金豹男,博士,教授,中国作物学会常务理事,北京作物学会副理事长,北京市品种审定委员会玉米专业组委员,北京农学院植物科技学院院长,北京农学院作物遗传育种研究所所长。1984年以来,从事小麦和玉米遗传育种研究工作,完成北京市科委、北京市教委、北京市农委和北京市自然基金课题9项。育成6个小麦新品种,其中北农1号、北农2号、北农3号、北农66通过北京市品种审定委员会审定,北农67山西省品种审定委员会审定,北农9549国家品种审定委员会审定。育成北白糯1号、北农青贮303、北农青贮208、北农青贮308、北农青贮316和北农青贮3186个玉米新品种。获得北京市星火科技二等奖1项,农业部科技进步三等奖1项,北京市科技进步三等奖2项。发表学术论文20余篇,参编教材和专著5部。

    谢 皓,男,1962年生,副教授,农学博士,北京市高校中青年骨干教师。曾留学匈牙利布达佩斯卡尔文纽什大学(Corvinus University of Budapest)。现主讲种子学分子遗传学科学技术概论等课程,从事作物基因鉴定和分子标记辅助育种等研究工作。近期主持北京市自然科学基金、北京市教委、北京市中青年骨干教师培养计划项目各1项。培育出大豆新品种北农101”和“北农103;获得国家发明专利2项、北京市优秀教育教学成果奖二等奖1次、中国农科院优秀科研成果二等奖1次;参编国家级教材2部,主编科普书籍2部,发表研究论文70余篇,其中SCI收录文章3篇。

濮绍京(1964-),男,江苏泰州人。硕士,副教授。19907月毕业于北京农业大学作物遗传育种专业。北京市小豆科研及产业化主要技术专家,国家现代农业产业技术体系食用豆体系北京综合试验站站长。主要研究方向:小豆育种及其成果产业化。目前主攻方向是小豆机械化集成技术和小豆加工产品研发。参与育成“京农6号”、“ 京农7号”、“ 京农8号”等红小豆新品种。育成国内唯一白粒小豆新品系和适宜机械化收获小豆新品系。参与起草北京市红小豆地方标准,及建设出口红小豆标准化示范基地数万亩。

主持完成北京市“野生小豆种质资源的鉴定、保存与利用”和“野生小豆种质资源中抗性基因的筛选、鉴定与开发利用”2项课题。参加农业部国家航天育种工程项目、北京市人才强教-拔尖人才项目、北京市自然科学基金重点项目、北京市科委重点攻关项目等科研课题10余项。

发表论文50余篇,申请食用豆加工专利2项。副主编《农事学实践教程》、《种子经营管理学》、《食用农产品安全监督管理与实务》及《豆类芽菜学》。主讲“农业产业化”、“农业科技论文写作”、“种子经营管理学”、“农业科学研究方法”及“农业推广理论与实践”等课程。曾获北京市科协金桥工程优秀项目一等奖、北京市人民政府农业技术推广二等奖、北京市“彩虹工程”优秀成果奖、北京市科技进步三等奖。

蓓,女,理学博士。现任生物科学与工程学院副教授,生物技术系主任。2006年被评为北京市先进盟务工作者,2007年入选北京市中青年骨干教师,2010年被评为北京农学院教书育人标兵,2009年和2010年获北京农e院就业工作突出贡献奖。
为本科生开设《遗传学》、《生物统计学》、《人类遗传学》等课程,为研究生讲授《基因工程原理》、《分子遗传学》、《作物基因工程育种专题》等。曾获全国教育电视节目评比一等奖北京农学院首届多媒体课件评选二等奖北京农学院优秀课程北京农学院高等教育教学成果二等奖等多项教学奖励,主编教材2
主要研究方向为植物抗逆分子生物学与基因工程。2007-2008年作为访问学者在匈牙利Biological Research Center of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences从事植物细胞周期调控相关基因的研究工作。目前主要开展与植物海藻糖代谢相关基因的表达调控,组织定位表达以及不同植物基因转化的研究。主持和参加国家“863”科研计划,北京市教委、北京市优秀人才资助、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家科技攻关、国家转基因专项、教育部、北京市科委等多个科研项目,发表论文50多篇,曾获北京市科学技术进步二等奖、中华人民共和国发明专利。

Guo Bei, Doctor of Science, professor, Master’s tutor

The director of biotechnology department, College of Biological Science and Engineering.

Teach courses "genetics", "biological statistics" and "human genetics" for undergraduate, "molecular genetics" and “principle of gene engineering” for graduate students. Won several teaching awards, editor of two textbooks.

Major research fields are molecular biology and gene engineering in plant stress tolerance. Preside and participate in the scientific research projects supported by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, the program for excellent talents, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863) et al. 50 papers were published with 6 indexed by EI. Obtained the second class of Beijing science and technology progress award and the People's Republic of invention patent. Current works are mainly focused on the expression regulation of genes related to trehalose metabolic pathway in plant, gene expression located in specific tissue and gene transformation to different plants.

 

 

 

 

 

     

 

孙清鹏,男,博士,教授。2003年获华南师范大学生命科学学院理学博士学位,同年到北京农学院任教。主讲细胞生物学、生物信息学、生物化学、现代生命科学导论。2006年入选北京市中青年骨干教师。2006年入选北京市科技新星计划。主要研究方向:1)植物细胞信号传导;2)植物逆境分子生物学。近年来主持国家自然科学基金2项,北京市自然科学基金2项,北京市科技新星计划项目(B类)1项。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录3篇,EI收录11篇,CA收录7篇。主要从事植物细胞信号传导和植物抗逆的分子机制研究。

My research focuses on the molecular basis of jasmonic acid signal transduction, predominately using the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.

Our research looks examines four fundamental and interrelated aspects of molecular plant pathology; (i) the role of calcium in jasmonic acid signal pahtway, (ii) the role of AtCNGC in jasmonic acid signal pathway and, (iii) the function of WRKY in plant stress response.

韩俊,博士,讲师。男,19817月生。主要从事农作物基因组学和功能基因组学研究。2006年获安徽农业大学农学硕士学位,2009年获中国农业大学农学博士学位。主要讲授的课程有“植物育种学”、“ 生物试验设计与统计分析”、“ 植物资源与利用”、“ 农学概论” 、 “基因工程原理”、 “ 细胞遗传学”等。近年来主持与参加的课题有8项,发表论文10篇。编写著作2部。

 主要从事玉米优异基因资源的挖掘与功能研究。目前主持和参加的项目有国家自然科学基金、北京市教委等项目。
